These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member," "you," "your") and jck88 ("jck88," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the jck88 website located at jck88.app and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and slot games.
By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the jck88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2.3 One Account Per Member. Each individual may hold only one active account on the jck88 platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared household address, shared device, or shared payment method — is strictly prohibited. jck88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated therewith without prior notice.
2.4 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jck88 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not such activities were authorised by you. jck88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
3.3 You must notify jck88 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. jck88 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending further verification.
3.4 jck88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jck88 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jck88 immediately.
4.1 Deposits. jck88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jck88 reserves the right to change accepted payment methods at its discretion.
4.2 Withdrawal Requirements. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, the Member must have completed jck88's Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process to the satisfaction of jck88's compliance team. Documents typically required include a valid government-issued identity document (MyKAD or passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
4.3 Processing Times. jck88 targets same-day processing for approved withdrawal requests submitted during business hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of withdrawal requests at any given time. jck88 does not guarantee specific withdrawal completion times.
4.4 Source of Funds. All funds deposited to jck88 must originate from payment methods registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jck88 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering checks and to request source of funds documentation where required.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jck88 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times ("wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be processed. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received unless otherwise specified.
5.3 jck88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel bonuses awarded in error at any time without prior notice. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent, collusive, or abusive means will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
5.4 Each promotional offer is available once per Member, household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. Circumventing this restriction through multiple accounts or other means constitutes bonus abuse and is subject to account termination.
6.1 All bets placed on the jck88 platform are final once confirmed. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any bet before submitting it. jck88 will not reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances of a verifiable technical error on the part of jck88.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game or betting event, jck88 will resolve the affected round or bet in accordance with the rules of the relevant game provider or sportsbook. In cases where a fair resolution cannot be determined, jck88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Member's account balance.
6.3 Sportsbook bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type, including rules governing postponed events, abandoned matches, and incomplete fixtures. These rules are displayed within the relevant sportsbook section of the jck88 platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jck88 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No other use is permitted without the express prior written consent of jck88.
9.1 The jck88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jck88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the platform or its content.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jck88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jck88 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of account balance resulting from technical failures beyond jck88's reasonable control.
9.3 jck88's total liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

11.1 jck88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jck88 reasonably believes that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Members.
11.2 Upon termination of an account for reasons other than fraudulent conduct, jck88 will return the verified account balance to the Member via a payment method registered to the account, following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Balances derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
11.3 A Member may close their own jck88 account at any time by submitting a written request to jck88 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
jck88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jck88 will notify Members via a platform notification or email to the registered account address, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of the jck88 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jck88 holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
